In 2007, the Petasky family set out to create a real estate private equity group where partners could combine their love of travel with real estate investment. With a foundation of high-end homes, they aptly named their company “Luxus” — the latin word for luxury.

Since its inception, The Luxus Group has been on a journey to help others discover how luxury vacation real estate can enrich their lives — and redefine vacations all over the world.

The Luxus Group has now become a multi-disciplined company specializing in developing, managing, and servicing resort residential and hospitality real estate assets. With three offices globally and six unique brands, we’ve owned and managed over 50 luxury properties and hospitality assets, becoming one of the few entities in the world with this level of experience in the industry.

Fulfilling vacation dreams is the legacy one vacation-savvy family sought to create more than 15 years ago. Now we look forward to building on this legacy and expanding our reach in the next chapter for Luxus as we enter the vacation rental market.
