Highly recommend this lovely place. Everything you need at hand, extremely well thought out and curated. Location is beautiful and privately located, yet dining and shopping available within a five minute drive. Cozy inviting rooms with nice linens and great showers. Outdoor dining and relaxing areas with amazing views. We can’t wait to visit again!

This Luxus property exceeded our expectations. The house was well equipped with all the basics which made our stay that much better. It was spotless, beautifully decorated and comfortably fit 9 of us for a week, with beds to spare. We especially appreciated the outdoor patio, pool and hot tub. Luxus is a great company to work with. I couldn't recommend staying at this property more. It's an incredible place to spend your vacation!

This place was the best AirBnB I have stayed. The kitchen was stocked!! With real cook ware, appliance like I have at home and outside grill to match! The coffee bar was a great touch. Many towels (always seems to be a problem). This is the first time I did not need to purchase something to stay. Luxus is top notch! I contacted them because I would purchase a property and let them manage it.

Absolutely amazing property and white-glove service! The photos don't even do this property justice, it was even more beautiful than we expected. They provide amazing service ahead of your reservation with every piece of information you could possibly need, including how to get to and inside the property, what's provided in the house (has everything you need), and so much more. The pool and hot tub are amazing - also have a Dyson airwrap in the bathroom which is such a nice touch! I couldn't recommend this property enough - perfect for friends or family traveling to Kauai - it has plenty of space in the main house and even has a guest house; also great for a couple looking for more space and privacy than a hotel can provide!

This was a dream stay. The home is breathtaking and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need from kitchen appliances to high end bath products. No detail was overlooked and we had everything we needed and beyond. Most of our time was spent in the gorgeous yard, situated around the pool, with each evening ending in the gorgeous outdoor shower. All of the bedroom rooms are equally impeccable so everyone in your group will be in luxury. Our kids loved the bunk beds! Speaking of beds, they have the most comfortable beds and linens I think I’ve ever experienced while traveling. This rental exceeds any 5star resort, with a quick-to-respond online concierge and every amenity you could possibly imagine. Minutes away from organic grocers, shops, restaurants, cafes (our favorite was Java Kai in Old Kappa Town), and calm beaches (we loved “Baby Beach” with our toddlers) I cant recommend Luxus enough.

The property and location seemed straight out of an Italian movie with gorgeous views of the rolling countryside and beautiful skies. The house was spacious and well appointed with a massive kitchen and great room, beautiful bedrooms, and a stunning infinity edge pool. The staff checked in on us daily to see if we needed anything and were a great help with local attractions, dining, and assisting us with whatever we needed. We loved exploring the Tuscany region and driving to different towns, wineries, and beaches. It was a week of adventure and relaxation with memories to last a lifetime.
