This condo sleeps 6 guests comfortably across two dedicated bedrooms, plus a sofa bed in the living room to accommodate extra guests.

After booking, guests will receive a link to our Luxus Boarding Pass, a comprehensive guide to your stay. As part of this process, guests will be asked to review and sign off on the house rules. Check-in instructions, including keyless entry access are added to the Boarding Pass 24 hours before arrival to ensure a seamless experience.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. We have 3 kids and the bunk bed set up in the second bedroom was perfect for us. The location and amenities can’t be beat! We’d stayed at the neighboring Hyatt over Christmas and there is no comparison. The proximity, ski valet, restaurants, housekeeping not to mention everything feeling brand new in this condo was amazing. It is ADA compliant so just know that some of the kitchen layout is slightly lower to accommodate (lower range hood, lower microwave, etc) Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful unit in the brand new Pendry residences. Lovely to have all the amenities of the luxe hotel with the flexibility of a condo unit. We cooked several meals in the kitchen, and the daily housekeeping was a treat.

Just came back from our stay here, and I must say, it was incredible! You just can't beat being only a few steps away from the chairlift! The unit is beautiful, very spacious, and has a nice fireplace! So nice to ride all the way back to the front entrance and sit by the fire after a day of skiing. And there's also a rooftop hot tub available until 10pm at night which is super nice! Loved every second of our stay here and we can't wait to come back!

Amazing experience!

Enjoyed our stay in this amazing property and will def be back! The bunk beds were great for the kids (and their favorite experience was the packs of smores at checkin and then roasting them over the roof top firepits). Wife and I's favorite part of the trip was relaxing and enjoying the roof top pool and poolside bar (the live DJ was also great). This location is right in the heart of Canyons Village and everything was very walkable. Looking forward to coming back for ski season and experience the new gondola (being built right outside of the hotels main entrance) for the 2025 ski season.

Amazing Rental Property.

I had the pleasure of staying here and I cannot recommend it enough! Nestled in the heart of the mountains, this apartment offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience. **Location:** The location is simply unbeatable. The hospitality is top notch and the location is right by all kinds of mountain trails for biking, hiking, snowboarding etc. The on-site restaurants and rooftop pool are a great place to converse and chill and indulge in delicious food! The robes are lux and so are the beds. I enjoy the full stocked kitchen for cooking breakfast in the suite, as alternative option to room service. All-in-all this is a wonderful place to get away. I only wish I could stay longer!

Spectacular

We absolutely loved our stay at the Pendry, the condo was perfect and had everything we needed and more! And the location is amazing, there was even entertainment in the courtyard and a fire where you could make s’mores. We can’t wait to go back in the winter!

We stayed at this unit in The Pendry in Park City Utah for a few nights in August. The check in desk and bar area were decorated in a beautiful and dramatic way, with a huge lit fireplace and comfortable seating. The room was lovely as well and had a good sized kitchen that was well appointed. I especially loved the coffee maker that made an excellent cup of coffee and was restocked daily!

First Class

The Pendry was first class from the minute we arrived! We spent two nights at the resort and wish we could’ve spent longer. The room was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable with high quality linens and the bathrooms were quite spacious. We enjoyed a couple of drinks and a bite to eat at Apres in the main floor lounge, great atmosphere and selection of cocktails, and the food was outstanding. A cool courtyard area between the buildings and a lot of amenities are very walkable in the area. We will definitely be coming back soon, and hopefully in the winter, to take advantage of the close proximity to the lifts!
