Casa Marlina is a private, gated estate within the exclusive gated Cabo del Sol community, positioned moments from the beach, with sweeping views across the golf course toward the Sea of Cortez. Vaulted ceilings crossed with dark wood beams, shaded stone walkways, and artisan copper fixtures throughout give the home the weight and presence of a true estate, while five king suites and a fully staffed service model bring resort-level ease to every stay.

The home's design centers on seamless indoor-outdoor living. Every bedroom opens directly outside via pocket doors, each with its own individual Nest climate control, guests can enjoy the ocean breeze beyond the shared community spaces. From the great room and ten-seat dining table, sightlines carry straight through to the terrace, where an oceanview infinity pool and adjoining jacuzzi overlook the golf course framed by a thatched-roof palapa.

Outside, the pool and spa anchor a stone terrace built for full-day living: a shaded palapa bar with swim-up access, an outdoor BBQ area for al fresco dining, and mature tropical landscaping that wraps the entire property in privacy.
