Kolea 9H | Waikoloa Village, Big Island

The Kolea grounds are very beautiful - the development is so well maintained. Great pool & hot tub with easy/close access to the beach & ocean. Terrific F&B in Wiakoloa is all within walking distant - easy! The condo is terrific. The Luxus special attention to detail is obvious - great TV's and cable service, comfy beds & linens, all the smallware's req'd, luxurious bath products, spartan clean - overall exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful holiday!!

As you walk into 9H condo you will first notice how clean and comfy this space is. Spacious with all the beauty you could only imagine. Then walk out to the amazing lanai with bbq fridge and table and chairs, where you can enjoy early coffee or a late dinner and everything in between. All while looking at the breathtaking view. The master suite is pure luxury. The master restroom is huge with walk in shower. Kitchen has all you could need if you like to cook or not. Ohhhh and the coffee! Once you are settled check out the pool and hot tub. Whether you go early in the morning or later in the evening it’s a favorite for all. The gentle walk to the beach to see the turtles is unforgettable. Remember to keep your distance as they rest on the rocks. You also get to see a little amazing Hawaiian culture. Try and take it all in while you are in Paradise.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment — it definitely exceeded our expectations. It actually looks even better in real life than in the pictures. The decor and furniture were beautiful, the layout was really comfortable, and the view from the balcony was stunning. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and enjoying meals, which made it super convenient and comfortable. The beds were very cozy, and we slept so well. We also loved spending time at the pool and jacuzzi — both were really relaxing! A really nice bonus was that it’s just a short walk to a sandy beach where we enjoyed swimming, and the restaurants and shopping area were only about 5 minutes away, which made everything very convenient. Overall, you can tell that everything here is done with care. Unlike some Airbnbs that feel kind of generic, this apartment felt thoughtful, welcoming, and high-quality in every detail. Convenient location, beautiful condo and fabulous communication! Short walk to the beach, pool and just a short drive to beaches outside of Waikoloa. Amenities were all so helpful and useful, especially the ice chest! We used that daily to pack lunches for our excursions! Beds were comfortable and the Grown Alchemist products in the showers/bathroom were so nice! Felt spa like.

Incredible and peaceful stay at Kolea Kai 9H. Property was as described and well-appointed with all necessities. View from the patio was great to sit and relax and with the beach club across the street made getting to the pool and beach a breeze. I wish the property had a proper gym, this was the only thing lacking. The Luxus people where helpful and offered local contacts and handled all our asks promptly.

We had a wonderful time here, and would definitely recommend to anyone! The condo was amazingly well-appointed and had everything we needed. It was beautiful, yet welcoming and comfortable. There was a small issue with the thermostat/AC the first night we were there, and it was fixed immediately. The condo, surroundings, pool, and beach were all amazing! We loved every minute of our stay.

Definitely We enjoyed our stay at the Kolea Waikoloa village. Its such a beautiful yet and space, also it offers ocean view, decent size lanai, nice amenities in the properties. We are planning on going back there next year! I recommended!

What a wonderful property located on the Kohala coast just north of downtown Kona. Gated entrance into a spectacular resort property surrounded by beautiful views and immaculately kept grounds. Covered parking with easy access to the condo, Luxus has thought of everything to make our family vacation wonderful. Amenities were endless— high pressure showers, comfortable beds, plenty of linens and towels, a fully stocked kitchen with premium finishes. The Dyson products were a nice touch too! A closet full of beach and snorkel gear! Central AC was splendid to come home to after long days at the beaches and exploring the big island. The lanai was perfect for a morning cup of coffee (local Kona beans included so you can brew a fresh cup right away), with a peekaboo view of the ocean!🌊 Luxus was always a quick message away to help with whatever your needs may be! Their team was always professional and courteous giving the full Aloha experience! This was such a great place to unwind!

The luxury condo was absolutely worth the value! We were in a secure high end location, walkable to shops. Our family loved the private pool and private access to the beach. The condo was impeccably clean and stocked with high end sheets, snorkel masks, cooking basics and great shampoo/conditioner. We would absolutely book again, thank you!

We came in with high expectations and we were not disappointed. The place is clean, spacious, and has all the amenities you’d need to have a good time (towels, beach chairs, snorkels, etc.). The community was also amazing; it felt private, had a beautiful pool and jacuzzi, and direct access to the beach. We came in May so crowds were down and it really made for a private resort experience. 100% would stay again.

We want to let everyone know how wonderful our stay here was. The gorgeous condo is huge, so very comfortable and spacious. We had so much fun barbecuing steaks and tri-tips on the lanai. The kitchen has all you need and more. I liked being able to do laundry when necessary. The 2nd bedroom was very comfortable for my sister in law with her own restroom. Elevator made it so much easier for my husband. The sunrise/sunsets in hot tub at the pool area were breathtaking! I think my favorite take away from this beautiful place is the lanai where I spent most my time.

The unit was great! The kitchen and living room were very open and accommodating and the view of the sunset from the large lanai was incredible! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom and ensuite were very specious. The pool area was beautiful and just a short walk to the beach as well. I will definitely be staying here again.
