Our family absolutely loved this home! We would definitely stay here again. Home was even more beautiful than photos online. This location is a close drive to old town and if wanting to enjoy a longer walk or very short drive, there’s another close by shopping area with great restaurants and a cute grocery store. Home was equipped with a nice coffee maker and delicious coffee. Garage also included items (beach chairs, cooler etc.) if wanting to take a very close drive to the beach! Getting into our accommodation was made very easy with wonderful communication. Would highly recommended!

This rental is stunning and awesome. The pool was amazing the home is cozy and comfy. The location is perfect! Luxus vacation properties is honestly the way to go! We had a hiccup with our rental that was out of their control but they still went above and beyond to make us feel heard and did everything they could to help make it right! We will definitely be Airbnbing with this company again!!!!

This is a lovely spot. Neighborhood very walkable and an easy walk to local shopping area. So peaceful to look out on the beautiful golf course with ocean beyond. It is amazingly well equipped for any kind of cooking projects. It was well supplied with oils, coffee & filters, variety of spices, salt, pepper. Lots of helpful items - foil, Saran Wrap, parchment paper, plastic bags. Terrific equipment - lemon and lime juicers, meat tenderizer, graters, peelers, refrigerator bowl storage. All of the appliances were top level. Terrific to have a generous. supply of laundry soap and dishwasher detergent . The grill was wonderful and good set of grill tools. A good supply of pool toys, beach chairs and sand toys. Spacious living room and expansive lanai for dining and gathering. Grandkids loved the bunk beds with the personal light and plug in option. Beds were very comfortable and extra pillows were appreciated. Pool and hot tub combo was perfect

The property was wonderful. Quiet street, beautiful landscaping, pool and hot tub wonderful, back yard perfect for grandchild, grill area very nice, wonderful bedrooms for adults and children have a great bunk bed room. The bathrooms and outdoor shower great. Beds comfortable, linens very nice. Kitchen had everything we needed, large tvs inside and outside, views on golf course from backyard very nice. We would definitely recommend this property!

The location and house were beautiful. We all enjoyed the pool and the guest cottage on the property was a bonus for us, We loved spending time together on the Lani and pool area. The walking paths were easy to get to. The location was perfect for us to get to the beach and we loved seeing the turtles. The house was spacious enough to offer privacy for all 8 of us. We enjoyed our stay here immensely and would stay at this property again in a heartbeat.

We stayed here in April for our mom's surprise 60th birthday trip and it was nothing short of incredible. It fit 10 adults with plenty of space. The extra out house was amazing and such a nice addition. The pool and grill were amazing. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and awesome for morning walks. It's a short drive to a little small town with coffee shops, restaurants, etc. Very close to the beach! We also rented cars (which is necessary) and did a North Shore trip. We loved every single moment of this trip and the house was incredible. We were missing some supplies and the hosts were extremely responsive and attentive. We will 100% be back and use Luxus in the future. 2000/10 property!!

We found this home on Airbnb and thought the pictures and description made it look great. Unfortunately, there were no reviews so we were pretty worried-especially given the price tag. After sending some emails and doing a bit of background research we crossed our fingers and booked. I’m SO glad we did. The house was fantastic. It’s in a serene neighborhood, overlooking a golf course, walking distance to a shopping area with restaurants and fun stores, and perfectly appointed down to the well-stocked kitchen. We were thrilled. There was an issue with the fridge that was mostly fixed before we arrived. Communication with the Luxus team was friendly and seamless. All in all, I give the home 5 stars!

Our stay here was incredible and the pictures don’t even do this place justice! Very spacious, very luxurious! They went above and beyond any expectations! This property has everything you’d expect at an ultra luxury hotel but you now get to stay in a house with a ton of space, privacy, kitchen, and everything else! The check in and check out were seamless with plenty of instructions! If you’re coming to Kauai with your family, friends, or even as a couple, I highly recommend this! We didn’t want to leave!

Absolutely amazing property and white-glove service! The photos don't even do this property justice, it was even more beautiful than we expected. They provide amazing service ahead of your reservation with every piece of information you could possibly need, including how to get to and inside the property, what's provided in the house (has everything you need), and so much more. The pool and hot tub are amazing - also have a Dyson airwrap in the bathroom which is such a nice touch! I couldn't recommend this property enough - perfect for friends or family traveling to Kauai - it has plenty of space in the main house and even has a guest house; also great for a couple looking for more space and privacy than a hotel can provide!

This was a dream stay. The home is breathtaking and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need from kitchen appliances to high end bath products. No detail was overlooked and we had everything we needed and beyond. Most of our time was spent in the gorgeous yard, situated around the pool, with each evening ending in the gorgeous outdoor shower. All of the bedroom rooms are equally impeccable so everyone in your group will be in luxury. Our kids loved the bunk beds! Speaking of beds, they have the most comfortable beds and linens I think I’ve ever experienced while traveling. This rental exceeds any 5star resort, with a quick-to-respond online concierge and every amenity you could possibly imagine. Minutes away from organic grocers, shops, restaurants, cafes (our favorite was Java Kai in Old Kappa Town), and calm beaches (we loved “Baby Beach” with our toddlers) I cant recommend Luxus enough.

Beautiful airbnb. Very clean and well maintained property. The pool was clean and property looked just like the photos online. Marianne and the concierge team were fantastic. They were proactive in reaching out and communicating everything, super fast response. The boarding pass was very easy to use with clear check-in and checkout steps along with plenty of resources for grocery, restaurants and activity recommendations. We were celebrating our parents 39th anniversary and this was a perfect place to enjoy some family time.

Paradise

Impressed is an understatement - we had a very upscale experience. Outdoor area is soooo lush - we loved being by the pool with a cool beverage, overlooking the most spectacular golf course with a bit of ocean view! Sunsets by the fire pit were amazing! Spacious living area inside, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The kitchen is superbly stocked and organized perfectly....everything is comfy and homey. Bed linens, pillows and mattresses were 10/10! Our own little oasis with rocking chairs on the porches! There is almost no need to leave the property but of course you will - especially for morning walks! Shopping and restaurants very close by. Super easy to navigate and get around. Poipu is such a beautiful area. Truly this was incredible experience.

A LITTLE PIECE OF HEAVEN ON EARTH!!!!! What a magical place to stay. Kauai Is Magic

Lanikai Hale is luxurious but comfortable, I could stay here for weeks at a time. The sun setting while laying in the hammock in the breeze was absolute magic. Our friend stayed in the "ohana" guest house and it was totally private, even has its own full ensuite. The town is adorable, and everything we needed was nearby... groceries, shops, golf, beaches. We will be back, thank you!!

The boarding pass was very easy to use with clear check-in and checkout steps along with plenty of resources for grocery, restaurants and activity recommendations. We were celebrating our parents 39th anniversary and this was a perfect place to enjoy some family time.

Beautiful home, extremely comfortable and spacious. Had all the amenities you could possibly need. Didn’t want to leave the home to explore the island given how great the home was.

Impressed is an understatement - we had a very upscale experience. Outdoor area is soooo lush - we loved being by the pool with a cool beverage, overlooking the most spectacular golf course with a bit of ocean view! Sunsets by the fire pit were amazing! Spacious living area inside, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The kitchen is superbly stocked and organized perfectly....everything is comfy and homey. Bed linens, pillows and mattresses were 10/10! Our own little oasis with rocking chairs on the porches! There is almost no need to leave the property but of course you will - especially for morning walks! Shopping and restaurants very close by. Super easy to navigate and get around. Poipu is such a beautiful area. Truly this was incredible experience.

A LITTLE PIECE OF HEAVEN ON EARTH!!!!! What a magical place to stay. The house was simply amazing, from the bunk rooms for the kids, screened in patio, amazing pool overlooking the golf course, guest house and the list goes on!!! We loved our daily walks and the trips to the beach. The evening sunsets and afternoon happy hour were that much better around the pool. Can't wait to return on our next trip to Kaui.

Lanikai Hale is luxurious but comfortable, I could stay here for weeks at a time. The sun setting while laying in the hammock in the breeze was absolute magic. Our friend stayed in the "ohana" guest house and it was totally private, even has its own full ensuite. The town is adorable, and everything we needed was nearby... groceries, shops, golf, beaches. We will be back, thank you!!
